Bojangles Entertainment Complex (BOplex) has implemented an updated bag policy as of October 13, 2023. This updated policy will increase the efficiency of our patrons entering the building, in a safe and seamless manner. Approved Bags: Any non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” in size, which is approximately the size of a hand bag with or without a handle/strap, such as a small clutch purse. Clear bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. Prohibited Bags: Any non-clear bag larger than 4.5” x 6.5” and clear bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are not allowed. These include but are not limited to: backpacks, briefcases, camera bags, cinch bags, computer bags, fanny packs, coolers of any kind and luggage of any kind. *All permitted items inside the venue are subject to search upon entry and at any point while on Bojangles Entertainment Complex property. Exceptions can be made upon request for medically necessary items. Please call us at 704-372-3600 to arrange for medical exceptions in advance.*

Yes, the Charlotte Crusade will be translated into 12 languages including: Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, French, Korean, Chinese, German, Filipino, Arabic, Vietnamese and Cantonese. Translation will be available via KUDO app, which can be downloaded on an smartphone. We will provide a QR code on the day of the crusade in the coliseium. PLEASE BING HEADPHONES. We will have headphones available at the Guest Services stations in the concorse. Headphones are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.

The Charlotte Crusade will be a free event open to the public. Doors will open at 6:00PM. The Crusade will begin at 7:00PM. We recommend arriving early as seating will be first come, first serve. There will be free parking on site.
